Tours are by appointment only and require a 50% deposit to reserve your tour slot. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelations or reschedules, or you will waive your deposit.

Tours will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of treacherous weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your tour for the safety of our guests and our tour guide. In the event of such cancellations, your deposit will be refunded.

All tour guests (hereinafter referred to as “Guests”) agree to release all claims, waive liability and assume any risks now and in the future. They agree to hold Savannah Soul Encounters harmless in the event of any harm suffered by the Guest.

Further, guests agree not to sue Savannah Soul Encounters, its officers, agents, representatives, employees or tour guides (hereinafter referred to as “Staff”) for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained as a result of participation in a tour run by Savannah Soul Encounters due to any cause whatsoever including, without limitation, negligence on the part of Savannah Soul Encounters’ tour partners, or other participants, or death or injury as a result of war, civil unrest or epidemic.

Guests further agree that in the event of violation of this agreement and attempt to bring suit against any part of parties named herein they will be held responsible for attorney’s fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action.

Guests acknowledge that the tour, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which include: physical exertion for which they may not be prepared and weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change. Guests are aware of all the inherent risks of the proposed tour and the possibility of personal injury, death or property damage or loss resulting therefrom. Guests acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the proposed form of tour is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for their participation.

Guests agree that, if they suffer injury or illness, Savannah Soul Encounters or its Staff can, at their cost, arrange any medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as they deem necessary for Guests’ health and safety.

Guests agree, at all times during the tour, to abide by and comply with any additional instructions given by the tour guide or any other Staff and accept that non-compliance may result in injury, death or permanent disability. Guests understand that non-compliance or disruption of the tour, impacting the enjoyment of the other tour guests, may result in their removal from the tour.

In entering this Waiver and Release, Guests are not relying on any oral, written nor visual representations or statements by Savannah Soul Encounters or its Staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on the tour. Guests confirm that, by their own free will, they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this tour and Waiver and Release prior to participating in the tour and agree that this Waiver and Release will be binding upon their heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.

Guests agree to grant the sponsors of this tour a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes.

As a participant on the tour, Guests accept full responsibility for their behavior, wellbeing and health throughout the tour. By purchasing the ticket(s), Guests affirm that they have fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
